The perspective behind this brand comes from more than 20 years of hands-on work in HVAC/R, maintenance, and restaurant equipment. Rooftop mornings. Equipment that quits at the worst possible time. And the satisfaction of figuring out a problem when everyone else is ready to walk away.
Spend enough time doing that work, and you learn a few things: your word matters, shortcuts catch up with you, and sometimes a smartass comment is what gets the crew through the day.
