SHIPPING POLICY

Whiskey Bent Trade Built products are made to order. Production time is typically 2–5 business days, depending on the product and fulfillment provider. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated delivery times

United States: generally 2–8 business days after production.
International destinations, where available: generally 10–30 business days after production.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, peak-season volume, and other events outside our control can affect delivery.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Items in the same order may be produced by different fulfillment partners and may arrive in separate packages.

Addresses and order changes

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if a change is needed. Because orders can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee address changes or cancellations after an order is submitted.

Tracking, lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

Tracking is provided when available. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, or appears lost in transit, contact us at whiskeybenttrades@gmail.com with the order number and any relevant photos. Claims are reviewed individually in coordination with the fulfillment provider and carrier.

Customs and import charges

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their destination country unless checkout states otherwise.
